...helping our students "Reach for the Stars!"

The Groton-Dunstable Education Foundation is a volunteer non-profit organization committed to enhancing the success of our public schools by providing private funding for innovative, inspiring programs and opportunities.
This community driven foundation believes that each child deserves an excellent educational experience and that supported and successful schools are fundamental elements of our special communities.

Congratulations, Rock, Paper, Scissors!
Congratulations on winning GDEF's trivia night for the second year in a row! This is a fantastic accomplishment and a testament to your knowledge and teamwork. We're already counting down the days until next year's event!

Family Math/STEAM Night
GDEF funded a grant to purchase math-themed activity mats to be used at the new FloRo Family Math Game Night. Math is a life skill and fun in group activities that promote teamwork and problem solving.

3D Printer
A GDRHS robotics student and Robotomies team member wrote a grant for the acquisition of a Bambu Lab P1s 3D printer to be located in Mr. Rocheleau's robotics classroom. Some of the many advantages of this new 3D printer include: printing stronger materials without being a safety risk to students; faster print speeds; increased reliability; and less wasted filament.

Character Education: Bullying & Cyberbullying Assembly
GDEF funded SU’s school-wide assembly featuring world champion athlete and motivational speaker Chris Poulos.

Swallow Union Art Mural

Science-in-Residence Program
The kindergarten classes at Swallow Union will experience indoor and outdoor sessions that include the practice of scientific methods, data collection, hands-on experiential learning, and teamwork.

Preschool Sensory Pathways
