Instructions for Reimbursement for a GDEF Approved Grant

For Grant Recipients: This form explains the proper procedure for timely reimbursement of grant monies.

 

Note: if applying for reimbursement for a grant that was approved over a year ago, approval of the GDEF Grants Director and Board are required.

For Grant Recipients: Use this form to request monies for prepayment or funds for reimbursement from GDEF for an approved grant.
