 DINNER! 
 On Friday, April 29th,
our evening of gourmet fare and entertainment
began at the award-winning
Silks at Stonehedge Inn
in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts.
The pre-dinner reception
began at 5:30 p.m. and
featured a chef's selection of delicious hors d'oeuvres,
including:
Tomato, mozzarella and
pesto kabobs
Scallops wrapped in bacon
Mini lamb chops
Parmesan phyllo triangles
and more!

Dinner was served at 6:30
p.m.
and the menu was:
Spring Greens
with Crumbled Goat Cheese and Toasted Pine Nuts,
Stonehedge Vinaigrette
Pan-Seared Free Range Chicken
Breast
with Baby Carrot and Spring Pea Risotto,
Morel Cream Sauce
