The Groton Dunstable Education Foundation will be kicking off the new school year with an information booth at Grotonfest on Saturday, September 17th. Information on the Foundation, its activities for the coming year, and its grant program will be available. Says President Kristen Stone: "We are excited to begin another year of helping to enhance our children's education! GDEF is now accepting applications for the fall cycle, with applications due by November 1, 2005. Grants will be awarded the week of December 12, 2005.
