Receives $10,000 from New Business Partner Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union

The Groton Dunstable Education Foundation received a $10,000 contribution
from
new Premier Business Partner Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union
at GDEF's annual meeting on June 13th.

The Groton Dunstable Education Foundation is pleased to announce that Jeanne
d’Arc Credit Union of Lowell has become their first Premier Business
Partner. During GDEF’s Annual Meeting on June 13th,
Jeanne D’Arc Vice President of Development Steve Jones and Vice President
and Director of Marketing Michelle Silveira presented the Foundation with a
contribution of $10,000. GDEF President Kristen Stone commented, “We
are thrilled with the commitment which Jeanne D'Arc has made, through our
organization, to public education in the communities of Groton and
Dunstable. We look forward to working with them to promote our mission
of enhancing the educational experience of students in the District.”
Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union has assets of over $600 million and more than
40,000 members. It is based in Lowell and has offices in Chelmsford,

Established in 2003, the Groton Dunstable Education Foundation is a
volunteer non-profit organization which raises funds to provide innovative
educational programs to the students of the Groton Dunstable Regional School
District. Since then, GDEF has awarded 83 grants totaling more than
$133,000 for programs across all disciplines, affecting every student in the
