Media Release Groton Dunstable Education Foundation launches website! The newly formed Groton Dunstable Education Foundation (GDEF) recently launched its website, www.gdefinc.org. GDEF Director Laurie Moskow, the website’s designer, says, “The website creation was an exciting project for me to work on. The level of collaboration between many different people was inspiring and helped me to get our site up and running in record time.” And none too soon since the GDEF has begun advance ticket sales for its first major fundraiser being held on Friday evening, October 10th, from 6-11:30 p.m., under tents in the meadow behind Jos. Kilbridge Antiques in Groton. An elegant evening of hors d’oeuvres, music and dancing as well as an exciting live and silent auction will be enjoyed by all who attend. The Groton Antiques Show is being held on Saturday, October 11th. The evening before, Jos. Kilbridge Antiques has generously offered to host the Antique Preview Party to benefit the Groton Dunstable Education Foundation. Cathie de Grazia, Director of Kilbridge's, says, “We are excited and honored to be working with such a dedicated and organized group! With their energy and commitment they are providing the children of our community with opportunities that might otherwise not be available. We couldn't be happier to be involved with them!” Scheduled events for the Friday, October 10th Antique Preview Party are: • Antique Preview Party Sale (6 – 8 p.m.) • Silent and Live Auction (8 – 9:15 p.m.)
