Community-Oriented
Behavior
|
|
|
We recognize
that the ongoing success of our Foundation
is dependent on the fact that 'our' is an inclusive term.
The Groton Dunstable Education Foundation has grown out of
and 'belongs to' the communities of Groton and Dunstable.
In this spirit, we will work proactively to engage, involve, and include our
communities'
citizens, educators, organizations and businesses in our endeavors,
including our planning and decision-making processes.

|
Partner-Centered Development
|
|
Each and every donor,
regardless of time, item or amount invested, is considered a
partner in working toward our goal of creating a 'boost toward excellence'
for our children and educators. Our Donor-Partners are the core assets
of our organization. We recognize that each time we engage a
Donor-Partner,
they are choosing to work with us toward our stated mission. In turn,
we have
the responsibility of proactive stewardship of our ongoing relationship,
as well as the responsibility to ensure that each of our Donor-Partners'
expectations
regarding their giving experience are not just met, but exceeded. |
|
|
Business-Driven
Results
|
| |
To be sure the Foundation is
engaging in efforts that are helping the Foundation,
our Donor-Partners, and our grant recipients to achieve our common and
respective
goals, we will conduct a cost-benefit analysis for every fundraising event,
grant disbursement, and any other financial decision we undertake. |
